Looking for a constant companion? Madam Malkin is a petite lap cat looking for YOU. She is just the sweetest, says her foster mom. She would do well in a home where she could sit on a lap a lot. She loves to be picked up and snuggled. After all, Madam Malkin hasnt had much time for pampering until now: She arrived at Whiskers with a litter of kittens AND expecting again. Yet, named for an enchanting shop in the Harry Potter series, Madam Malkins Robes for All Occasions, this beautiful buff girl still has playful magic up her sleeve as she nears retirement from motherhood. As her babies have gotten older, Im seeing more of her playful side. She bats around plush toys and even gently wrestles the kittens when they start it. Whiskers TNR of Warren County aims to improve the quality of life for the county’s stray, dumped and feral cats. We also help responsible pet owners with expenses related to having their cat spayed or neutered. Whiskers provides educational information to increase public awareness of the need to better care for and prevent cats from becoming homeless. We encourage adoption and help strengthen animal rescue services throughout Warren County.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County supports humane education programs for the public and encourages respect and compassion for all animals. We strive to make a difference in the community, one cat at a time.

Whiskers TNR of Warren County is a corporation in the state of Iowa and is ruled by a board of directors. Whiskers is a 501(c)3 non-profit charity. This means that your donation is deductible on your annual income taxes. Whiskers TNR became organized and tax exempt in June of 2016.
