My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sigard! 🐾💙

Sigard is a very sweet male brown tabby with white kitten who’s full of charm and gentle affection. He enjoys cuddles, soft pets, and exploring his surroundings with curious kitten confidence.

Sigard would thrive in a loving home where he can grow, play, and feel safe and cherished. He’d be happy with a feline friend to keep him company or as a beloved solo kitten soaking up lots of attention.

Sigard is ready to find his forever home—a place where his sweet nature, playful spirit, and loving heart will be adored every day. 🐾

Our knowledgeable and compassionate staff are here to guide you through the adoption process, which includes completing an application and having a conversation to ensure you’re fully informed and prepared to welcome a new pet into your home.

More about this shelter

The Gulf Coast Humane Society is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization dedicated to serving the animals and community of Southwest Florida. We receive no federal, state, or county funding, nor do we receive financial support from the Humane Society of the United States. Instead, our lifesaving work is made possible through the generosity of individual donations, grants, bequests, and community fundraising efforts.

As a no kill shelter, Gulf Coast Humane Society is committed to providing compassionate care for unwanted, neglected, and abandoned animals. We never euthanize due to space constraints or the length of time an animal has been in our care. Our mission is to give every animal the second chance they deserve in a safe and loving environment.
