Ruger is a very sweet German Shorthaired Pointer with a friendly, loving personality. While he isn’t as high-energy as some GSPs, he still enjoys having space to explore and would appreciate a home with land or a large yard where he can safely seek out little adventures.
Ruger does well with other dogs, though he will need to meet any potential canine siblings prior to adoption to ensure a good match. He has been around children ages 2 and up and does great with them.
He is fully potty trained, eager to please, and absolutely loves attention. Ruger truly enjoys meeting new people and soaking up all the affection he can get.
Due to some allergies, Ruger is currently on a fish-based diet, which we recommend continuing. A securely fenced yard with a 6-foot fence will be important to keep him safe.
