My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Manny is a very sweet, calm, and affectionate boy who loves being close to his people. He is incredibly friendly with strangers, happily walking up to say hello and leaning in for pets, and he truly enjoys being held, cuddled, and brushed. Manny has a gentle, quiet nature and thrives in a peaceful home where he can relax in warm, cozy spots, curl up on soft beds or pillows, and perch up high on cat trees, which he loves. He does well with handling, carriers, and has excellent litter box habits. In his previous home, Manny got along beautifully with a female cat he adored, often grooming her and giving her kisses, but struggled with a male cat who bullied him, leading him to become fearful. With his loving personality and calm demeanor, Manny would be a wonderful companion in a home that can offer him comfort, patience, and kindness.

Their adoption process

1.
Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

You can submit an application anytime and receive an auto response with instructions. It is first come first served for in person adoptions.

2.
Submit Application

Our application creates your profile in our system and tells us a little about you.

3.
Interview

Our interview is an open discussion about everything we know about the pet and how it matches to your family and expectations.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

You will use your mobile phone (or our computers) to sign the adoption contract.

5.
Pay Fee

You will use your phone (or our computers) to pay any adoption fees. Credit/Debit cards only we do not accept cash or check.

6.
Take the Pet Home

We are able to send most pets home the same day as their interview. If they still need to have spay/neuter surgery it will be scheduled ASAP

Before you Arrive:

Make sure your apartment is pet-friendly. Check with your landlord about pet policies.

To make the adoption process go a little quicker, here's a list of what to bring:

-An ID with current residence, or proof of residence if it is out of date.
- Any family members or roommates to meet the animals
