My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This handsome boy is Jack and he is our Dog of the Month for January. If you adopt Jack this month, his adoption fee will be half-price! Jack is 9-months-old and weighs about 40 lb. We think he is a lab/hound mix. Jack is everything lovely about puppy energy. He loves to zig. He loves to zag. And he loves toys! Jack would do well with an active family to take him on all kinds of outdoor adventures. Jack is very dog-friendly and would love to have a furry buddy to play with. Jack should be fine with children of all ages. He is going to make an awesome family pet. We don't know what Jack thinks of cats but can cat-test him if needed. Jack is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and healthy. If you would like to meet/adopt Jack, please complete our online application at https://daws.org/daws-forms or stop by our shelter. We are open 10 AM to 4 PM seven days a week. The DAWS shelter address is 147 Grassy Plain St. Bethel. Email daws@daws.org with questions or if you wish to schedule an after-hours appointment. Jack can't wait to meet you!
