My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This puppy`s adoption fee has been generously sponsored!

Casper`s a friendly little puppy (although not a ghost!) who`s ready to find his place in this big world. He wants to go home and accompany his new family to all of their haunts to learn about the world by their side. He`s an affectionate pup who can oscillate between cuddle time and playtime with ease depending on your mood.

At just about 4-months in age, Casper is looking to you to build his confidence outside. Going on stroller rides or in-arm walks will help him experience the world and learn what is scary and what is normal. He knows he`ll be a wonderful pup if someone`s ready to take him home! Could that be you? Come meet Casper today!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
