Meet Kingston. 💙
This sweet, approximately 2-year-old hound mix spent months alone outside — since last August — not knowing kindness, comfort, or safety. With the help of another rescue, we were finally able to bring him to Adopt Me!, and from the moment he was safe, his gentle soul began to shine.
Kingston has the kindest eyes and the softest heart. He’s learning that people are good and that love is something he can count on. Every day his confidence grows, and he’s just waiting for the family who will show him he never has to be alone again.
He is crate trained and potty trained, loves people, and does wonderfully with other dogs. All Kingston wants is to belong — to curl up, feel safe, and be someone’s loyal companion.

Adopt Me! Bluegrass Pet Rescue is a tax exempt, 501(c)(3), No Kill Rescue focusing on the adoption of homeless pets. We are also host to "PAWS BEHIND BARS" which is a basic obedience prison training program based out of Luther Luckett Correctional Complex in Oldham County, KY.
