Gene is an adorable hound mix puppy, born in rescue on October 19, with the sweetest wrinkles and an even sweeter personality. This affectionate boy is a true love bug who thrives on closeness with his people. He loves giving kisses, cuddling up, and soaking in all the attention he can get.
Smart and eager to please, Gene is doing exceptionally well with recall and basic training commands, showing just how responsive and trainable he is. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, kids, and cats, making him a fantastic fit for a variety of home environments.
When he’s not cuddling, Gene’s favorite pastime is a good game of tug-of-war, which lets his playful side shine. He is expected to be a large-sized dog when fully grown, so he’ll do best with a family ready to guide him with love, consistency, and positive training as he grows.
If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate pup who loves both playtime and snuggle time, Gene could be the perfect addition to your family.
The adoption fee of $450 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size. We can tell you that they are 100% RESCUED! And that is the BEST breed!
