My name is Duke Laroo!

Hiya I'm Duke Laroo, a playful, loving boy with lots of happy energy! I'm perfectly suited for an active person or family who loves activities like walking, running, playing in water, and tug-of-war. I really enjoy being on the go and especially like to ride in the car with the windows down so I can feel the breeze on my face! I've completed obedience training and know commands such as sit, lay down, stay, roll over and crawl. I'm still working on controlling my puppy body as far as jumping on people and chewing things (providing lots of bones and toys helps!). If I want your attention I may also grab your shirt or hand with my mouth. I'm a very good boy though: I don't have a mean bone in my body and never bite or lash out. I do chase kitty cats, so I'd do best in a home without those. I get along best with female doggies. I get along okay with male doggies, but I tend to copy their behaviors, so if they growl at me I'll probably growl back: if they wag their tail and are happy to see me, I'll be happy right back. Since I have lots of puppy energy, I'd do best in a home with older children (ages 8 and up). I'm crate-trained, potty-trained and can't wait to meet you!
