Phillip is a very loving 1-year-old dog who enjoys getting out for walks and walks well on leash. He adores treats and toys and is eager to engage with his people. Phillip can get so excited to greet others that he may jump up to say hello, something he’s still working on as we get to know him and help him build his manners. All adopters will need to participate in a "get to know you" survey and short counseling session to ensure we are making a successful match for the adopter and the animal. Our animals are allowed to go home on the same day in most cases.
