My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cooper Trooper 🐾💥

Cooper Trooper is a 1-year-old Australian Shepherd / Standard Poodle mix weighing 44 pounds of pure fun, fluff, and personality! With his striking black and grey merle coat and bright, curious eyes, he turns heads everywhere he goes—and his goofy charm keeps them smiling.

This young guy is the total package: smart, playful, and already house trained (yep, he’s that clever!). Cooper Trooper loves to learn and is eager to please, making him a great candidate for continued training, games, and adventures. He’s the kind of dog who will happily trot along on outings, then zoom around the yard before flopping down for cuddles.

Cooper is great with kids and other dogs, and his friendly, social nature makes him a wonderful family companion. He’s got a silly side that comes out during playtime—expect goofy expressions, happy hops, and lots of tail wags—but he also knows how to settle and enjoy quality time with his people.

If you’re looking for a fun-loving, intelligent, and affectionate young dog who’s ready to grow up with his forever family, Cooper Trooper is ready to report for duty! 🐶✨

Adoption fee is: $450.00

More about this rescue

CAMO Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers life, health, and a forever home. We specialize in dogs that other rescues can’t or won’t take due to fearful nature or medical needs. We primarily rescue ‘euthanasia listed’ animals that are in immediate danger of death. We provide shots, spay/neuter, microchip, foster homes, food, medical treatment and love to dogs that are abandoned, unwanted or otherwise in need. We never euthanize an animal to make room for another. In addition to caring for our dogs and finding the best possible home for them, we provide education to the community; encouraging and promoting responsible pet ownership. If needed, our rescue dogs are retrained to socialize in an adoptive loving family. We have had phenomenal success, and amazing support from our community. We believe that animals, as living creatures are entitled to a quality life, respect and compassion. Since humans have domesticated animals, we have a moral and ethical responsibility to care for them. We are partnered with many Shelters to help them reach the same goal.
