I’m Ginny. Big Heart. Soft Eyes. Solid Dog.

I’m about 1 year and 8 months old. Spayed. Weigh 58 pounds. I’m a Pittie Terrier mix with a wiggly tail, a kind face, and the kind of vibe that makes people say, “She’s a really good girl.”

I’m fully vetted. Up to date on all my shots. I’m housebroken and ready to move in. I’m good with people. I’m great with kids. I like other dogs. I haven’t met any cats, but I’ve got good manners and an open mind.

I’m playful, but not wild. Loving, but not clingy. Sweet, but not shy. I love toys. I love walks. I love flopping over for belly rubs like it’s my full-time job. I’ve got a gentle way of being present and a joyful way of showing up.

I don’t make a mess. I don’t make a fuss. I just want a home where someone lets me be the soft, steady companion I was always meant to be.

More about this rescue

As a 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization, our mission at Angel Dog Alliance is to save the lives of dogs facing euthanasia in high-kill shelters nationwide by pledging funds that enable rescues to take in, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. On occasion, if we do not have a local rescue in place in the city the dogs are in, we bring them to Illinois to avoid their euthanasia. They are placed in boarding for vetting, once done, they are promoted for fostering or adoption.
