Murphy has grown up in a home with other cats, big dogs, and kids, so she’s well-adjusted and comfortable in a lively household. She’s not one to sit still for long cuddles — Murphy would much rather be on the move, running around, playing, and chasing her favorite toys.
While she prefers her freedom, Murphy does enjoy being pet and will happily soak up attention on her own terms. She’s also quite the talker and isn’t shy about using her voice to let you know exactly what she wants or needs. With her playful personality and expressive charm, Murphy would be a great match for an active home that appreciates a cat with character.
PLEASE READ THIS TO ADOPT: ***ALL ANIMALS ARE CURRENTLY IN LONG BEACH, MISSISSIPPI.*** We transport adopted animals every 2-3 weeks to Northeast states.
Completed applications take precedence over inquiries. If you are interested in adopting, the FIRST step is to complete an application. We will discuss additional details with potential adopters once we have an application on file.
For Pet's Sake Rescue is a Mississippi based rescue. We are located in an overpopulated area surrounded by high-kill shelters.
Adoption fees include transport, vetting and a MS Health Certificate to travel. Each pet is spayed/neutered, receives age appropriate vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and flea/tick prevention.
