My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Chet!

This one-year-old husky mix has the cutest crooked smile around! He's 49 pounds and is one capable pup!

Not only is Chet super unique with his imperfect grin and different colored eyes, he is one smart dude! He knows sit, takes his treats well, and enjoys doing food puzzles. We are able to take food/toys away with no issue. He's so much fun to be with!

A fellow that enjoys life's simple pleasures, Chet is very tolerant and enjoys a nice full body rub. He'll thrive with continued training, mental stimulation, daily exercise and a yard to enjoy. He enjoys his time with our volunteers and hanging with his kennel mates as well.

Based on our evaluation, we feel Chet would do well in an active home with adults or families with kids ages eight and up. He may have the ability to live in a home with other animals and we are happy to do a meet and greet with your family fur baby.

If you think he could be the guy for you, head to greatlakesdogrescue.com today and submit your application for our clever Chet!
