⨠Winter is READY for applications â¨âï¸
In just about 2½ weeks, the transformation we’ve seen in Winter has been incredible. While it’s a little bittersweet — because it reminds us that at some point she stopped receiving proper care — it also confirms something important: Winter is, at her core, a very typical bulldog.
With a proper diet, daily eye lubrication for very minimal dry eye, and consistent basic care, Winter’s skin and eyes look amazing, and she is mostly healed from her palate surgery and feeling better than ever.
Winter does need a bulldog-experienced home, but she does not require any extraordinary or intensive care. Everything she needs falls under normal bulldog maintenance — the kind an experienced owner already understands.
⨠A quick note about her tail:
While we originally thought Winter would need a tail amputation due to severe infection, it has healed beautifully and is now cute as can be. It’s maintained just like face folds on any bulldog, so please don’t let that deter you.
Winter does require regular baths as part of normal bulldog care — but as you can tell from the videos, she absolutely enjoys them, so this will not be a hassle for her adopter at all.
More about Winter:
• 5½ years old
• ~40 lbs — on the smaller side for a bulldog
• Quite petite next to a standard Frenchie
• Loves all humans
• Dog friendly but very indifferent
• Eats a high-quality, limited ingredient kibble for allergies
• Thriving with routine and consistency
Winter is ready for her forever home — one that understands the breed, values proper care, and wants a sweet, squishy companion who has come so far in such a short time.
