My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ranger! 🐾

Ranger is a 1-year-old male Chihuahua mix weighing under 5 lbs, and he’s packed full of love in a tiny body. This little guy has the softest fur you can imagine and an even softer heart to match.

Ranger absolutely loves people and thrives on cuddles and affection. Being loved on is his favorite thing in the world! He gets along well with other dogs and would be a wonderful companion in a home with furry friends or as your one-and-only cuddle buddy.

Small in size but huge in personality, Ranger has a big loving attitude and is ready to share it with his forever family. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate lap dog who just wants to be close to his humans, Ranger is your guy. 💙

More about this rescue

We're a home-based rescue, so there's always someone around to care for the dogs. Most of our dogs are allowed to roam the main yard (as long as they behave themselves), and we have several food and water stations throughout. Every evening, the dogs are tucked into our kennel building with soft bedding.

Our focus is family-friendly dogs who get along with everyone. Of course, we sometimes don't know a dog's temperament until we meet, but we work hard to ensure dogs are going to the right homes for them.

Mission Statement
To provide rescue, rehabilitation and new loving homes for dogs that have been living on the street, abused, abandoned and removed from high kill shelters.
