ZEUS!

This snaggletoothed matted ragamuffin was surrendered because his owner moved where no pets were allowed. He’s a 6 year old Shih tzu mix, a sweet quiet well-mannered little guy from what we have seen so far. He was a good boy for his emergency grooming and is getting neutered and updated on shots this week. He has an adorable little face and that crooked smirk just makes him extra adorable, and we found some really soulful big brown eyes under that mess! He’s 17lbs full grown and does have the non-shedding type coat that will require regular grooming.

Since COVID-19, we are no longer holding our Sunday adoption events until further notice, but we are scheduling meet and greet appointments with a specific dog or dogs at our meeting spots in Northern NJ. Please check your email regularly for next steps. All our dogs reside in foster care in Northern NJ until adoption and we do not have a central shelter location. We are a small all-volunteer organization focused on rescuing local dogs from area shelters, as well as accepting some surrenders and puppy mill rescues.
