Meet Gala — Your Next Adventure Buddy!

Gala was born to explore. Whether she’s zooming around the yard, playing hide-and-seek with treats, or heading out on exciting walks (especially near the lake!), her joyful energy and curiosity are contagious. Agile, smart, and always ready for fun, Gala has a way of turning everyday moments into little adventures.

That said, she also has a wonderfully sweet and calm side. Gala loves curling up next to her people, relaxing in cozy corners, and soaking up affection. She’s affectionate, social, and thrives on companionship.

Gala gets along beautifully with other dogs and children, adores her toys and chicken treats, and is happiest when she’s included as part of the family. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and active companion, Gala is ready to bring joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories into your life.

What Does Gala’s Ideal Home Look Like?

Gala would thrive with an active individual or family who enjoys spending time outdoors and can provide regular exercise and mental enrichment. A home with a secure yard would be ideal, but she could also do well in an apartment with consistent walks and playtime. She’d be a great fit for a household with children and/or another friendly dog. Most importantly, Gala’s ideal home is one where she’s loved, included, and treated as a true family member.

Gala’s Rescue Story

Gala is a beautiful Australian Cattle Dog mix who has overcome a heartbreaking start to life. She and her two siblings were found abandoned on a little-traveled road, inside a trash bag—emaciated and suffering from mange. Despite everything she endured, Gala’s spirit never dimmed.

With proper care, patience, and love, she has blossomed into the happy, affectionate, and adventurous dog she is today. Gala is currently waiting in Mexico for a committed foster or trial home.

Currently in Mexico and can travel with a committed trial family
