My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Location: Madison Lake, MN

Marigold (Tilly) is a sweet puppy with a gentle spirit and a loyal heart. She thrives on routine and loves being close to her people, enjoying cozy spots and quiet moments where she feels safe. She has been thriving with a consistent routine; it’s almost as if she has an internal clock that tells her what comes next.

Tilly would love a home that enjoys hikes and adventure walks. She’s a semi-active girl who is currently working on managing her excitement, and she’s eager to learn. She is treat-motivated and very gentle when taking treats from hands, which makes training both fun and rewarding. She’s also practicing patience in new environments and will work on it during upcoming outings, such as trips to the pet store.

Due to her past, Tilly does have food insecurities, so she does best with consistent mealtimes and respectful boundaries around food. She settles quickly, often burrowing under a blanket in her kennel, and sleeps peacefully near her foster family at night.

Tilly may do best as the only dog, where she can fully relax and feel secure. She would flourish in a calm, loving home that offers stability, patience, affection, and gentle guidance.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who enjoys both adventure and cozy downtime, Marigold (Tilly) is ready to meet you.

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).

Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
