My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Maggie Junior! 🐾🧡
Maggie Junior is a gorgeous 3-year-old orange tabby with a sweet, affectionate personality and the cutest, most charming little face. She’s playful, curious, and full of energy, always ready to explore her surroundings, chase toys, and discover all the little adventures a young cat can find.

Despite her playful spirit, Maggie Junior is also a gentle, loving girl who adores snuggles and curling up with her people for quiet cuddle time. She’s a total purr machine when she feels safe and happy, and her affectionate nature makes her a wonderful companion for anyone looking for a loving, loyal cat.

Maggie Junior is ready for her forever home—a patient, loving family who will give her the attention, care, and affection she deserves. She’s hoping for a space where she can feel secure, grow into her full personality, and be adored for the sweet, charming girl she is. With her striking orange tabby coat, playful personality, and loving heart, Maggie Junior is sure to bring endless joy, warmth, and purrs to her new family! 🐱

More about this shelter

The Gulf Coast Humane Society is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization dedicated to serving the animals and community of Southwest Florida. We receive no federal, state, or county funding, nor do we receive financial support from the Humane Society of the United States. Instead, our lifesaving work is made possible through the generosity of individual donations, grants, bequests, and community fundraising efforts.

As a no kill shelter, Gulf Coast Humane Society is committed to providing compassionate care for unwanted, neglected, and abandoned animals. We never euthanize due to space constraints or the length of time an animal has been in our care. Our mission is to give every animal the second chance they deserve in a safe and loving environment.
