Meet Guy of Gisbourne (but his friends call him Guy)
Guy is an adorable black kitten with a big name and an even bigger heart. Playful, curious, and full of kitten charm, he’s everything you want in a fantastic young cat. Whether he’s chasing toys, wrestling with his siblings, or discovering the joys of nap time, Guy approaches life with enthusiasm and sweetness.
He would love to be adopted with one of his siblings so he can keep the fun going, but he’d also do just fine in a home with another friendly cat who’s ready for a playful new buddy.
Guy is the kind of kitten who will grow into a wonderful companion—loving, entertaining, and always happy to be part of the family. If you’re looking for a charming little shadow with a playful spirit, Guy might be your perfect match.
Guy is currently at our PetSmart location on Woodward. If you are interested in meeting him, please send a message here, or email adopt@ahsem.org.
Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.
