Jasper is a devoted fan of catnip, a professional nighttime cuddler, and a full-time enthusiast of head and butt scratches (compensation is paid exclusively in purrs). This is truly his season: he excels at supervising holiday gift-wrapping by personally approving your paper selection, then overseeing operations from a laundry basket.
He's curious about other cats and is currently conducting a calm, scientific study of the foster home's little dog -- with great interest and absolutely zero aggression. Jasper loves his wet food and has strong opinions about it. While he may attempt to negotiate a 100% wet-food lifestyle, rest assured he does eat and enjoy his dry food... just don't expect him to work very hard for dry treats.
New noises or people can still surprise him, but not enough to send him running -- he prefers a cautious pause followed by quiet observation.
