My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This adorable boy is Prancer. He is a 3-year-old terrier mix and weighs 23.5 lb. Prancer gives you the cutest standing ovation when you walk into a room. His ears go into "airplane mode" and he stands up on his hind legs! Prancer has a calm energy, walks well on a leash and stays still as a statue during baths! How great is that? He does love getting dried off and will wiggle his little body while wearing his towel toga! He takes treats gently and pets, cuddles and staying close to his person make him happiest. With his easygoing personality, we think Prancer will be fine with children of all ages. And Prancer is fine with other dogs. We don't know what he thinks of cats but can cat-test him if needed. Prancer is big love in a small package and will surely make someone a wonderful companion. Prancer is vaccinated and healthy. His adoption fee is $400 (includes neuter surgery). If you would like to meet/adopt Prancer, please complete our online application at https://daws.org/daws-online-adoption-application/or stop by our shelter. We are open 10 AM to 4 PM seven days a week. The DAWS shelter address is 147 Grassy Plain St. Bethel. Email daws@daws.org with questions or if you wish to schedule an after-hours appointment. Prancer can't wait to meet you!
