My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Catrina! Meet Catrina, a beautiful 2½-year-old lynx point Siamese with striking looks and a big personality to match. She came to the shelter through no fault of her own when her owner could no longer physically care for her. Catrina is still adjusting to shelter life, but each day she’s becoming braver and more comfortable. She’s a vocal girl and may growl at times, but don’t let that fool you—she truly enjoys being petted and played with once she feels safe. This special girl needs a patient, loving home willing to give her the time and space to decompress and settle in at her own pace. With understanding, consistency, and lots of love, Catrina is sure to blossom into a deeply cherished companion. Catrina would thrive in a cat-savvy home without young children or dogs, where her boundaries are respected. To meet Catrina, complete an online application at www.washingtonpashelter.org or visit during walk through hours on Tuesday 1pm - 7pm and Wednesday through Saturday 1pm - 4pm.
