Hi, I’m Kelsey! I’m a three-legged girl, and yes—it does make everything I do a little extra cute. I don’t let missing a leg slow me down one bit, and I fully believe it adds to my charm.
I love playing with other cats and can usually be found running around, chasing friends, and getting into all the fun mischief cats are known for. When I’m ready to take a break, my favorite spot is perched at the very top of the cat tower where I can keep an eye on everything happening below.
Because I had my front leg amputated, I sometimes need a little understanding when it comes to the litter box. I try my best, but maneuvering can be tricky and may get a bit messy at times. Aside from that, I’m a happy, confident, playful cat who lives life to the fullest and doesn’t see herself as limited at all.
I’m social, curious, and full of personality. If you’re looking for a cat who will make you smile every day, play hard, and prove that being different is something to celebrate, I just might be your girl.
My adoption fee of $25 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for? If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org.
Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday. On Fridays and Saturdays, you’re welcome to walk in anytime between 10:00am and 5:00pm. Please note that we’re closed for adoptions on Sundays and Mondays.

More about this shelter
Pawmetto Lifeline, formerly Project Pet, was founded in 1999. Since the opening of our adoption, medical, and boarding facility in Spring 2012, we have been able to save more than 15,000 companion pets from euthanasia and gave them a new lease on life. We continue to strive toward the goal of a no-kill community and state through adoption, pet retention, rescue partnerships, and medical services.
