Meet Ryder!! Ryder is an adorable 4 month old American shorthair kitten who was found in the dumpster thrown out like trash behind a grocery store! He had to be bottle fed because he was only 3-4 weeks old, but it just turned him into the most loving angel ever! He loves nothing more than to be wrapped in a blanket and held like a baby and even loves his butt being patted! He loves to play with his foster brothers and sisters and does his zoomies twice a day to show off his cool moves :) He is up to date on all vetting and will be ready to go as soon as he weighs enough to be neutered! We are a private run facility supported by public donations. The first step to adopt is to submit an application on richardsonrescue.org. We review them everyday, except for Sunday (Great customer service is our goal). Once your application is approved, you may then call for an appointment.

VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY WITH AN APPROVED APPLICATION.

More about this rescue

Nestled in twelve acres of country and woods is a place for animals that are hardest to help, BIGGER dogs, abused pets and puppy mill dogs. They need more time, more space and more love than many full rescues can provide. Their adoptions sometimes take months, but they get the room and attention that they need to get back on all four feet. The problem.... not many people are willing to give them a chance. We also offer low cost spay and neutering when funding allows.
