My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Simba!

Simba is a 1-year-old orange tabby who came to us with Nyla, though they are not bonded. This handsome boy is as sweet as they come and absolutely loves being around people.

Sweet & Cuddly
Simba is a total love bug! He enjoys cuddles, affection, and being close to his humans.

Social Butterfly
Friendly and outgoing, Simba is very social and would do great in a home where he can get plenty of attention and interaction.

Ready for His Forever Home
Simba is looking for a loving family who wants a cuddly, affectionate companion to share their days with.

Think Simba is the one for you? Come meet him and fall in love.

More about this rescue

The Homeless Pets Foundation is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization founded in 1998 by Dr. Michael Good, an Atlanta veterinarian who saw a need to create an organization that could assist animal shelters and pet owners in need. In the Atlanta area alone, there are more than 100,000 animals destroyed each year for lack of a home. The Foundation provides critical medical care, food, foster care and comfort to these homeless animals.
