Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Teddy!
Teddy is a 12-year-old neutered male with a calm, sweet, and incredibly affectionate personality. In the Care Center, he's quick to greet staff with curiosity and confidence. When a hand is offered, Teddy leans in to inspect it before happily rolling into pets and giving gentle head bumps to ask for more attention. He eagerly comes out of his cubby to enjoy petting on his head, ears, and chin, clearly soaking up every moment of affection.
Teddy would make a wonderful companion for someone seeking a social, easygoing cat that truly enjoys human interaction. If you're hoping to share your home with a devoted, affectionate senior, Teddy is ready to be your loyal cuddle buddy.
A volunteer writes: Teddy has a lot to offer and only hopes there's someone who wants to get to know him as much as he wants to get to know them. He's a senior, which means he has to work a little harder than most to put himself out there, but Teddy's notes from his previous guardian glitter describing an affectionate couch potato who is friendly and outgoing with children, dogs, and other cats. A shift in life circumstances brought Teddy to us where he's been trying his best to put on a smile and get started on the right paw. He said hello by spiritedly nuzzling his cubby entrance and thinking carefully about coming out. Making several false starts, Teddy finally came all the way out to his perch where he heartily leaned into my arm declaring his friendship, love, and hope of finding a forever home. Primary Color: Black Weight: 16.875 Age: 12yrs 1mths 3wks
