Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jackson is a 6.5 year old neutered male. He is current on his vaccinations and microchipped! He is also front declawed.
Meet Jackson! Jackson is a BIG boy with a personality to match— in the best way possible! He is a very social and outgoing guy who adores lots of pets and attention; although, he is not a fan of being picked up or having his belly touched like a lot of cats. He can be quite the active and curious guy at times despite his size and enjoys making his daily rounds to check out anything going on around him. And as his size implies, he is a very food motivated guy although his new family should try to help him lose some weight to ensure he continues to live a long and healthy life.
While Jackson loves spending time with his favorite people, he did get stressed out in his last home when a new pet was introduced to the house. So, he would do best as the only furry friend in the home. He also is looking for a family with slightly older children at least 8 years of age or older who understand he is not a fan of a lot of over-handling or being picked up.
If you are interested in adopting, start by filling out an application on our website and email it to frontdesk@couleehumane.com OR you can print and drop off in person: https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal?rq=application
