Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I’m Taylor — and yes, I beat the odds.
I had a rough start. I was picked up by animal control with a badly injured paw and mislabeled as “feral” (rude). I was even sent to the vet for euthanasia… until the vet realized I’m actually very sweet and absolutely not feral — just hurt and scared. Plot twist! Instead of goodbye, I got a second chance.
Things got a little dramatic when my paw decided to fully deglove (0/10, do not recommend). That meant lots of daily bandage changes, close monitoring, and VIP-level care from the rescue staff. I handled it like a champ, soaking up the love and proving I’m tougher than I look.
Now my paw is healed, my fur is growing back, and I’m officially ready for my happily ever after. I’m affectionate, resilient, and have a great comeback story. If you’re looking for a cat with heart, strength, and a little survivor sass… congratulations, you just found me.

Additional adoption info
We require an in-person application for all dogs and cats. A home visit will be required for larger dogs, who require a fenced in yard. Our animals are only adopted out after they have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Our adoption fees are $90 for cats and $110+ for dogs. Puppies are $130. Cash, check, credit or debit card are all accepted. Sometimes the fee will be higher for a dog, if it is a purebred. We would like to keep our adoptions local; in the event the adoption does not work out, the animal must come back to us. Adopters must sign an agreement to this effect. We do consider out of state adopters, please phone us before coming. We are a private rescue. Please be patient if we take a little time to respond.
Those adopting a cat must bring a carrier to transport the cat home safely.
