Kirky is the most handsome little house panther you’ll ever meet! Sleek, shiny, and impossible to miss, he’s got that classic black-cat confidence - and if you look closely, you’ll spot a tiny white tip on the end of his tail, like his own signature mark. Kirky may be small, but he’s mighty, and he knows it. Just like his siblings, he’s bursting with energy and loves to run. With spring training coming up, Kirky has been putting in serious practice, sprinting laps around the room and chasing down his teammates at top speed. He clearly missed the memo that wrestling isn’t part of baseball, because once he catches a sibling, he’s not afraid to slide into home and take them down. When play mode is activated, don’t expect cuddles - those come later, when he’s worn out from playing. That’s when he’ll muscle his way past his siblings to demand scratches and pets, determined to be first in line, purring the whole time, soaking up every bit of attention. We aren’t sure how Kirky is with other cats, dogs or kids. Priority will be given to applicants applying for a pair of “Blue Jays Crew” siblings (Bo, Addison or Springer), as they must be adopted in pairs.
Kittens under the age of nine months MUST have another age-appropriate cat or dog in their home, or as otherwise noted. PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO SUITABLE APPLICATIONS FOR SIBLINGS.
As we often receive numerous applications for each cat or kitten, we will only contact applicants who best suit the needs of the cat or kitten. Finding the best home for our cat or kitten is our top priority. Applications are not first come, first served.

More about this rescue
Home at Last Rescue (HALR) is a Registered Canadian Charity, that is 100% volunteer driven. Our goal is to rescue cats from substandard living conditions and give them the loving homes they deserve.
We provide medical care, emotional support and a loving environment while preparing them to find their forever homes. With no physical location, all of our cats and kittens reside in loving foster homes across the Greater Toronto Area until they are ready for adoption.
We receive no government funding and rely solely on adoption fees, donations and our fundraising efforts to support our initiatives. We believe there is a home for every cat and a cat for every home.
