Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rocky is a handsome one-year-old guy who knows what he wants—and isn’t afraid to show it. This former stray decided one day that a local business shop looked like a pretty great place to live, and he made himself right at home. Unfortunately, the resident shop cat wasn’t interested in sharing the spotlight, so Rocky is now looking for a place of his very own.
Rocky is a confident, feisty fellow who enjoys attention on his terms. He’s not a clingy cat, but when he’s in the mood, he appreciates affection and companionship. Because of his independent nature, Rocky would do best as an only cat, where he can be the undisputed king of the castle.
With his striking, handsome markings and big personality, Rocky will make a wonderful companion for someone who respects a cat with boundaries and a bit of spice. If you’re looking for a cool, self-assured cat with character, Rocky might be your perfect match.
Rocky is a short hair grey tabby with white who is current on vaccinations, is neutered and is microchipped.
Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (1 year to 7 years old) is $85 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. There is a discounted adoption fee for a second cat that is adopted at the same time.
If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home.
From the Petfinder website (Petfinder.com) click the ‘More About Us Button’ and then click on the ‘Adoption Application’ button that will take you to the United Animal Friends website. Then follow the UAF website directions below:
From the United Animal Friends website: Select "Adoptable Cats" and pick the cat you are interested in. To apply to adopt, open the cat's profile, and click the gray "Apply for Adoption" button to get started.
The fastest way to get to the adoptable cat page is to copy and then paste this link into your browser: https://unitedanimalfriends.org/adoptable-cats/
A United Animal Friends representative will contact you soon after receiving the application form.
Help us save more lives by fostering a dog or cat. If you live in the Prescott AZ area please go to our website unitedanimalfriends.org and learn more about fostering!
