Fred is a true purring machine with the softest coat you can imagine—perfect for cuddles and quiet moments together. He’s affectionate, gentle, and ready to trade his days of surviving on his own for a warm, loving home. Fred is a short hair buff tabby who is current on vaccinations, is neutered and is microchipped.
Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (1 year to 7 years old) is $85 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. There is a discounted adoption fee for a second cat that is adopted at the same time.

United Animal Friends (UAF) is a volunteer-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit group founded in 2003. Our mission is to provide rescue programs and services to animals and those who care for them. In addition to rescuing, spaying and neutering, fostering, and finding homes for dogs and cats, UAF provides many services for residents of Yavapai County and their pets. Our Spay/Neuter Certificate Program, Community Pet Food Bank and Emergency Medical Program help hundreds of people and pets each year.
