Chartreuse was abandoned in a cat carrier in a Brooklyn public park. When we found her, she was sickly and emaciated. After a visit to the vet, it was determined that she has hyperthyroidism and dental disease—but with proper medication (which she takes without fuss) and the right nurturing, this little lovebug is finally flourishing in her foster home.
Chartreuse is an affectionate girl who loves nothing more than to cuddle up with her humans. Napping in a sunspot is her favorite pastime when she’s home alone, and she gets along peacefully with respectful dogs and cats.
