Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Minerva!
🐾 Breed: Domestic Shorthair
🐾 Colour: Brown Tabby & White
🐾 Age: 4.5 years, born June 1, 2021
🐾 Gender: Female
Minerva just wants to love and be loved! She can be a little guarded at first, but with time and patience she truly blossoms, becoming quite chatty and wonderfully affectionate.
She absolutely adores having her chin scratched, the more vigorous, the better, and enjoys a good snuggle once she feels comfortable. Minerva also has a playful side and loves chasing the laser pointer, proudly capturing her toy once she “catches” it.
A nurturer by nature, Minerva was an excellent momma to her babies and clearly enjoys the company of another cat. She has been socialized with children and dogs. While she doesn’t exactly love her canine companions, she tolerates them just fine and would do well with respectful pets.
Minerva is:
✅ Litter-trained
✅ Microchipped
✅ Vaccinations in progress*
✅ Spayed

More about this rescue
We are a volunteer-based, donation-only service that provides adoption services for people who are looking for a new furry addition to their family. We also provide non-judgemental, supportive help for people who are surrendering their companion animals.
We provide free advice and suggestions to people who are experiencing issues with their pets, including but not limited to behavioural issues, training advice, surrender help, and much more: spay/neuter education, advice and referrals.
We have a screening process that includes an application, telephone screen and a virtual home visit to make sure the people are "as good as they sound on the phone". We also contact their vet and do a reference check.
We are committed to helping people find homes for their pets because we care about our community and love animals.
