__________
Meet Vans
Vans has arrived in Wisconsin and is settling into foster care. She is a playful, curious puppy who is eager to learn and bond with her future family.
Vans is approximately 3 months old and came from a neglect situation with her mama, Ariat. Despite her past, she is a happy pup with a bright future ahead. Vans has a black coat and currently weighs about 8 lbs.
As a young puppy, Vans will need continued training and guidance as she works on potty training, crate training, and leash manners. With patience and consistency, she will grow into a loyal and loving companion.
From her foster:
Vans had a great night and slept quietly in her crate. She is happy, playful, and incredibly friendly with every living creature she meets. She is very curious about cats and may give chase, but only in a playful way. She has been playing well with a small Chi mix and is very respectful when corrected. She would do great in a home with another dog of any size or age.
Vans is a champion snuggler and will seek out a nap partner when she gets sleepy. She is not as enthusiastic about Wisconsin winter as her sister and would rather stay inside playing with her stuffy toys. Potty training is going very well — she takes care of her business outside and immediately runs back to the door to come inside. Vans is a bit more cautious than Birkenstock, but she still loves everyone and everything she meets.
