Marley is a 4-month-old black and white Border Collie mix puppy who came to us as a stray, and he’s ready to find a loving home to grow up in! Marley is a sweet, curious young pup with lots of puppy energy and potential. As a Border Collie mix, he’s likely to thrive with a family who enjoys staying active and will give him plenty of playtime, enrichment, and training.

Marley is still learning all the basics of being a well-mannered pup, so he’ll do best with someone who can provide patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement as he continues to build confidence and good habits. With the right family, Marley is going to make an amazing companion!

Meet and greets with your family dog and shelter dog is encouraged. Dog and cat meet and greets are not allowed.

$80 for all kitten/cat adoptions. $90 for all puppy/dog adoptions. $35 for all rabbit adoptions.

Additional adoption info

The shelter is open to the public Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with adoptions closing at 4:30pm. The shelter is closed on Sundays and all government observed holidays.

City of Henderson Animal Care and Control is the only open admission animal shelter in the City of Henderson. We service the City of Henderson and the residents and animals within city limits. Our goal is to find forever homes for all adoptable animals and reunite pets with their people. We work with multiple rescue groups and allow any good adoptee to adopt from our shelter.
