Kiara an adorable and good-natured pittie who is 2 years old and likely housetrained. No dogs or cats for Kiara, though. Because she needs to be an only dog, Kiara has waited a very long time for a family.
She was surrendered to the dog pound. She wants to be a valued family member.
Because of her energy and her strength, any kids in Kiara's new home should be at least 12 years old.
Kiara has tested negative for heartworm, has been spayed, and is current on vaccinations/flea/heartworm preventative. You will receive health records and a bag of Hill's Science Diet food upon adoption. Adoption fee $240.
Please complete the pre-adoption questionnaire at https://www.cchspets.com/adoption-pre-qualifier
We will contact you via email. Please check your spam/junk folders!
*Unless a future date is otherwise stated, animals are ready to be adopted once posted to Petfinder. Before you apply, please make sure you are at the point where you can welcome an animal into your home. Many homeless animals are awaiting space at our facility.*
The Clinton County Humane Society is a no-kill, nonprofit, volunteer-based organization. We do not receive county or government funding and depend on our adoption donations to fund the shelter.
