Sarah – Black Female, 1.5 years, 45 lbs.

If you’re looking for a dog who wakes up with a wagging tail and goes to sleep with her head on your lap, look no further! Sarah is a sleek, 45 pound bundle of joy who believes that every day is the 'best day ever.'

She might not be entirely lab, but her temperament and trainability make Sarah a rarity. Sarah gets along with just about everyone. She has lived harmoniously with: big dogs, small dogs, senior dogs, puppies, cats and even a pig! She loves to play with her humans and other dogs. Sarah has met all ages of children and absolutely loves them as well! She would thrive in a family home.

True to her Lab roots, Sarah is a total water baby. Whether it’s a kiddie pool, a lake, or a stray garden hose, she’s there for it! Once the outdoor fun is over, she transforms into a world-class cuddle bug. She has no concept of personal space and will happily snuggle up as close as possible for movie night.

Sarah is already ahead of the curve! She is fully house trained and crate trained, making her transition into a new home a breeze.

She is currently working on her leash manners and recall. The good news? She is making fantastic progress because she is highly motivated by food, praise and toys. This is the ideal dog for training!

Ready to add a little joy to your life? Sarah is truly the happiest dog on earth and you can't help but smile when she's around. Apply at www.labrescuefresno.org today!
