My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jellyfish!

Jellyfish is a handsome black-and-white tabby boy in the older-kitten stage with a calm, easygoing nature and an outgoing love for attention. He enjoys being part of the action and is always happy to soak up pets and affection from his people.

This sweet guy has a nice balance of energy—playful when it’s time for fun and relaxed when it’s time to chill. He loves catnip toys and wand toys and can often be found lounging on a cat tower or curled up in a cozy bed afterward. Jellyfish is comfortable being picked up, though he doesn’t need to be constantly held and is perfectly content just hanging out nearby.

Jellyfish does great with other cats and would prefer a home with another young, playful feline companion, though he could also do well as a solo cat with enough attention and enrichment. He’s great with kids of all ages and has never met a dog in rescue, but would likely be fine with a respectful introduction.

Fully litter trained and full of gentle charm, Jellyfish is an easygoing, affectionate companion ready to settle into his forever home.

Jellyfish is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for his age.

More about this rescue

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.
