My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Abe (named after Abraham Lincoln), a 5‑month‑old medium‑long‑haired grey kitten with a heart as big as his name. Abe is incredibly loving and melts right into your arms the moment you pick him up. He’s also the explorer of the pair — always curious, always investigating, and always looking for his next little adventure. Abe has a wonderful balance of affection and playful curiosity, making him a joy to be around.

PLEASE NOTE: Abe is presently in a foster home, so if you are interested in adopting him, please call his foster mom at 440-228-3589. Please be sure to include your telephone number. A time will then be arranged for a meet and greet at the shelter.

More about this shelter

Euclid Pet Pals is the volunteer organization whose members care for the animals at the Euclid Animal Shelter, in Euclid, Ohio. We raise funds by offering personal and business memberships and cage sponsorships. Other fundraisers include a Bark-B-Q in May, a Clam Jam in October, and car washes in July. The money we raise is used to pay for veterinary care and medications, necessary supplies, and spay/neuters. We are dedicated to providing a healthy, loving environment for animals waiting to be adopted.
