Michis is a 1-year-old orange and white tabby who is impossibly cute and full of charm. He has a wonderfully sweet and affectionate personality and truly enjoys being around his people. One of his favorite things in the world is getting head rubs—he’ll happily lean in and soak up all the love you’re willing to give.
Along with his cuddly side, Michis is also very curious and likes to explore his surroundings, always eager to see what’s going on around him. He’s a perfect mix of loving lap cat and inquisitive adventurer.

All of our cats and kittens go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on their core vaccines, as well as flea and tick preventatives. Each adoption also includes a 3.5-pound bag of Iams cat food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.

Current programming such as our Adoption Program, Military Veterans’ Program, and Healing Paws Pet Therapy Program create positive, impactful connections between people and animals, improving the lives of both. Future programs will be offered in partnership with human-service organizations throughout our community, maximizing impact and changing lives for the better.

Services such as our Low-Cost Vaccination, Dental, and Spay/Neuter Clinics offer affordable veterinary care options, preventing owners from having to give up their pets simply because they can’t afford care. On the horizon are additional programs to keep pets in homes, such as a pet food pantry, affordable pet training options, and temporary housing for pets when families are in crisis.
