We’d like you to meet Asher! This two-year-old Corgi/Chihuahua mix is the perfect size for a family. He’s great with other dogs—big or small—loves all people, and is good with kids. Asher is okay on a leash, knows sit and shake. He’s recently neutered, and currently working on house training. He does well in his crate and has a happy-go-lucky personality that makes him a joy to be around. At around 23 pounds Asher is ready to find his forever home.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Application should be completely filled out or there may be a delay in processing.

2.
Approve Application

All references and landlord, if applicable, will be contacted.

3.
Take the Pet Home

Adopted pets will be sent to their new homes with medical records, collars, food and favorite toys.

Additional adoption info

Adopters are requested to make an adoption donation to help defray veterinary fees. Those donations are $200 for puppies and $150 for dogs which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, worming and micro-chipping. Payment can be made by cash or check or on our website via PayPal or Venmo.

Life Savers Animal Rescue has no physical shelter. Animals are housed in foster homes, so in order to meet a dog, an online application must first be completed and processed and approved. Then a meet and greet will be arranged. This process may be delayed should there be many applicants for one dog, so your patience is appreciated.
