My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Izzy!

Izzy is a calm and affectionate girl. She does wonderfully with kids, dogs, and cats, though she sometimes needs a gentle reminder that cats don’t always want to play as much as she does (and she listens well!)

With her thick, incredibly soft coat, Izzy is perfectly suited for Wisconsin’s cooler temperatures and loves being outside exploring at her own relaxed pace. She’s a low-energy pup, happy to sniff around the yard, chew on a bone, or simply enjoy being near her people.

If you’re looking for a gentle, easygoing companion who fits seamlessly into family life, Izzy might be your perfect match. 🐾

More about this rescue

We help animals who are in need by placing them in a loving foster home, providing medical care, and finding the perfect home for that animal to live in for the rest of its life. Tails of Hope takes mainly dogs, but has occasionally helped other animals in need. We take animals in through shelters and other rescue organizations, as strays, or as owner surrenders from people in our local communities.
