Bongo is a beautiful tabby lady who just recently arrived at our sanctuary. As the new girl at the party, she can often be found quietly but comfortably observing the dynamic in the suite she shares with her new friends, as if figuring out where she fits in. She is shy but receptive to her patient and friendly human visitors. Offer her your hand to sniff as a good faith gesture that you come in peace and you will be rewarded with a cuddly head butt as a welcome invitation to rub that adorably soft tabby head.
Little miss Bongo delights in head rubs and is quick to purr. Stay a short while longer and she will soon put herself to work making biscuits. Some might even say it looks like she`s gently playing drums only she can see! You come bearing treats? Even better! Your kindness and affection will be rewarded in the way this sweet girl opens her heart and melts into the love you shower upon her. Who doesn`t relish the feeling of making a shy kitty purr and make biscuits? Pure joy.

For an adoption fee of $150, you will take home a cat that has received the very best medical care and evaluation. Every cat that leaves Tabby’s Place has been thoroughly examined by a veterinarian, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, tested for FeLV and FIV, and treated for parasites.
We are currently offering two methods of adoption meetings:
1. Adopters can meet cats in person between 2-5PM daily. Appointments are strongly recommended, but we will make every effort to accommodate walk-ins where possible. Most cats and some select kittens are available for in-person meetings.
2. Adopters can meet cats and kittens via video meeting between 10:00AM-5:00PM daily by appointment only and subject to availability. Kittens in foster homes are only available for video adoption meetings.
