My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MEET MILLIE

Millie is a female, 1 year old Siberian Husky that weighs 57 lbs.

Millie is a sweet, happy girl with a heart as big as her personality. She’s fully potty trained, people- and dog-friendly, and has a comfortable medium energy level that makes her easy to live with and fun to be around.

Like a true husky, Millie has her adorable quirks—her favorite being demanding chest rubs when she decides it’s cuddle time! She absolutely loves people and is happiest when she can stay right by your side, soaking up attention and companionship.

Millie does well left alone in the house and is wonderfully respectful—no howling, no destruction, no trouble. She’s content, confident, and knows how to relax after getting her daily dose of affection and activity.

If you’re looking for a loyal companion who is loving, well-mannered, and full of gentle husky charm, Millie might just be your perfect match.

Millie is located in Houston, TX and can be transported to most states for an additional fee of $300.00.

More about this rescue

Hi, I am the founder of Waiting Under the Willow Foundation, also known as W.U.W.F. We work hard at trying to find homes for dogs that are homeless or scheduled to be euthanized at Harris County Animal Shelter. There are so many dog out there that are so loving and deserving of a good home. My hopes is that more people will open their hearts and homes to some of these sweet dogs❤️. Rescue dogs make the best pets!!!
