My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ready, a loving and friendly boy who's eager to find his forever family! This playful pup has a heart as big as his smile and is always ready for a good time. With his affectionate nature, he'll shower you with love and loyalty. Ready is always up for an adventure and will be your loyal companion through thick and thin. He's a true people-pleaser and just wants to be by your side, whether it's on a walk, playing fetch, or snuggling on the couch. With his playful spirit, he'll keep you young at heart and bring laughter to your home. Crate and leash trained, working on house training. Could you be the one he's been waiting for?

Additional adoption info

We try to find homes that are out of state due to the over population of unwanted and abandoned animals in Texas. We check at least 2 references, vet references, and do social media searches on adopters. We do not adopt a pet out unless cleared by our rescue.

More about this rescue

We are a 501(c)3 rescue dedicated to addressing the pressing issues of stray cats and dogs in Ladonia and surrounding areas. We embark on a mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. We are a foster based rescue only and are located in the country with a never ending problem with animals being dumped in our county. We also assist the community with getting their pets spayed and neutered to help with the over population of unwanted animals. We operate strictly on donations and fundraising.
