Apollo is a happy playful four month old, 20 pound, boxer lab mix. Apollo is crate trained and he is doing awesome with his house training. He’s very smart and eager to please. Apollo was rescued from an overcrowded high kill shelter. Apollo loves people of all ages, other dogs, and he is very curious about cats, but is not aggressive at all. Apollo would love to have a home with another four legged friend and a fenced in backyard.

Adoption fees range from $200 to $500 generally. All our animals are fully vetted and groomed prior to adoption.
The Pals contract states the pet is fully vetted and must be returned to us if the adoption does not work out. We contact their vet for a reference as well as other professionals they may have used in the past such as groomers etc.

When an application is approved, we work with the applicant to set up a meet and greet. The location depends on whether they are being cared for at Pals for Paws in Kokomo or if they are being fostered, they may be in the greater Indianapolis area..
