Many people don't realize that when a female bunny isn't spayed she can be a bit...hummm...cranky! And that is why Tapatio is here. She was not tolerate of the young children in the home. But, now that she is spayed, she's much calmer and nicer. And yes, she's a bit on the older side but if well cared she has many years left. Rabbits, on average, live up to 10-12 years of age. And we think Tapatio deserves a loving family, healthy food, fresh hay and room to do some running around and binky's. Here at the shelter she's been comfortable with all the noises here and the many people handling her. We think a calm home might be best and older children. If you are ready to give this senior bunny a second chance, come in and meet her. We think you'll realize what a sweetheart she is pretty quickly.
