Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Davis is a 5-month, 11-pound Terrier mix puppy who is a little shy at first but warms up quickly. We expect he’ll be about 16 pounds when fully grown.
Davis can wrassle endlessly and play zoomies around the yard for as long as Foster Dogmom will leave him outside. He lives in a foster home with 8 dogs and 5 cats, and he loves EVERYBODY. He likes chewy toys in particular, and he shares well with others. He is also fond of crinkly toys.
When he tires of playing, it’s time for affection! He loves cuddles in general and belly rubs in particular. He’ll gladly snag Dogmom’s lap whenever it’s not occupied by another dog. He also likes to snuggle in the bed.
Davis’ housetraining is underway, though you should expect to have to finish the process. He will go on potty pads. He has no aggression and shares well with others. He is non-destructive, except for making off with the occasional sock. He rides well in a car and is not barky.
Davis would love to be in a home with another dog to run around with. He would make an excellent family pet and will do well with children 7 and above. (He would love a few rambunctious kids to play with.)
Davis is neutered, has all his shots, and is microchipped.

During Covid, we got used to doing our adoptions online, and that's how we still operate. However, we occasionally do adoption events at Hollywood Feed in Flower Mound and at PetSmart in Roanoke.

More about this rescue
We’re a new group (as of January 2019) composed of experienced dog rescuers. We are all-volunteer and 100% foster-based—no shelters or facilities to crush the spirits of our dogs. We have applied for 501c3 status as a non-profit corporation.
We are an oddball assortment of misfits who all happen to love dogs. We pull our dogs from shelters, we find them on the streets, we take them from homes that can no longer care for them, and we find them permanent, loving homes. We are not breed specific--we love them all!
We're headquartered in Lewisville/Flower Mound, but our members are far-flung through North Dallas and into Fort Worth.
